The Studio
The yoga studio is located at Tropicana Resort, 30m south across the road from our main office.
We offer something for everyone! Whether you are a total beginner or a teacher yourself, you will find dynamic + physical vinyasa flow sessions, easy flow or stillness, silence + meditation. Our goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. Our classes are not about competition, they are about connection. We welcome you to any of our yoga sessions!
4 Things To Know
- All classes are open to everybody, including new students. Classes are multi-level and appropriate options will be given to all
- No pre-booking is required for our classes. Simply arrive at the yoga studio 5-10 minutes early to join (location below)
- Not sure if you want one class, or a pass? No problem. Decide after class before you pay
- Drinking water, mats and equipment are provided. Just wear something comfortable and bring a towel
